The Less-Commonly-Taught Languages Center, Department of Linguistics, University of Pittsburgh is seeking to hire a full time visiting instructor for the academic year 2018-2019. 
Candidates are required to have native or near proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and the Egyptian dialect, hold a Masters or PhD degree in Arabic language teaching, linguistics or a related area, and should also have at least three years experience teaching Arabic as a foreign language. Familiarity with ACTFL proficiency standards preferred.
